The project

A European B2B store
with built-in AI.

BigBuy is a European-scale B2B dropshipping platform, with a huge catalogue and thousands of customers. We built the full website and added a RAG-powered conversational assistant connected to its real data.

The goal was twofold: a fast, SEO-solid website, and an assistant that takes load off customer support by answering in natural language about orders, products and frequent questions — always with real, verifiable information.

The challenge

  • A huge catalogue and customer base, with a great many repetitive support queries.
  • A need for reliable answers on sensitive data: order status, delivery times and policy.
  • A website that had to perform flawlessly on speed and SEO at that scale.
